Clear Air Raid

People want to have Obama as President?
In New Hampshire Obama says:
"We've got to get the job done there and that requires us to have enough troops so that we're not just air-raiding villages and killing civilians, which is causing enormous pressure over there."
When asked whether he would move U.S. troops out of Iraq to better fight terrorism elsewhere.
Is this guy clueless? He actually thinks we are just carpet bombing civilians over there?
We havn't had an air raid in Afghanistan since we started the war on terror. In the beginning it was to clear the caves. Now we don't need to as we have the equipment and training to accomplish it.
This guy is in no shape to lead our country if he can't even get off his ass and find out facts instead of listening to propaganda.
Holy Crap
rx77165,

Air raid sirens and All Clear British 2nd World War Carter Gents
Who can tell me what this object is?
This coin was requested to be made. What is carved into the coin is directly from the picture requested.
The problem is, what is it? The image isn't particularly clear here, sorry. It appears as if its a piece of machinery with an attached rectangular chute, all screwed down on wooden planks.
At first it seemed like an old air raid siren, however the handle doesn't seem correct for that.
Any ideas? Thanks.
I suppose the picture would help:
Ah, the engineering community is always so creative. I never would have guessed a cat.
On a serious note - if it is a tiller: Why would it be on wooden planks? Why would it have what appears to be a chute attached?
One of the those gardening machines that trim the edges of grass.
