Most reptiles and all turtles/tortoises cannot digest beans, seeds, grains, soy, nuts, and corn. These foods are too high in anti-nutrients and toxins for many animals.
Most water turtles are carnivores and will not eat most of these foods.
Everything else on the list is OK, at least in small amounts, for some species of tortoises, but most grassland species (like Russian, Greek, and Sulcata) should not get fruit or most of the veggies other than dark leafy greens.

July 5th Party
How was my eating yesterday?
1 cup of coffee with skimmed milk, 1 cup of tea wth skimmed milk, 20 cherries, 50 red grapes, 5 strawberries, a large apple, 2 go ahead yoghurt coated strawberry biscuits (74 cals each), 9 murray mint sweets, 2 large bowls of stew, half tub carte dor ice cream, 7 fig roll biscuits and a strawberry split lolly ice. I'm a 21 year old female, size 6. Will I put weight on with similar eating everyday? Would you say I ate too much fruit?
Yeah, I'd say you ate too much fruit. You need to get some of your carbs from complex sources, such as wholegrain products. As it is I doubt you're getting enough fibre.
