Guard Lunging

my dog is overly aggressive and dominating?
he is a 8 year old Australian shepherd and barks, growls, and lunges at friends and family members. i put him on a leash to control him but he just redirects his anger at me. he also guards my cat and the door ways so she cant get away and he wont listen to me at all; if i pull or push him away he will just go after me instead. is there some way to control this beast.

It is very, very important that you find a trainer on that site so you don't do more damage to your dog bringing in someone out of the yellow pages with no qualified training experience. This is a touchy situation and fear based training will make this situation worse (and your dog more aggressive).
You can bring a trainer in for about $85-150 dollars for an hour to an hour and a half training session. The trainer will evaluate your dog and come up with a training program tailored specifically to your dog. This is worth the money. The trainer will also be available to you by phone or email for further consultation for free. This is the route you want to go.
If she isn't spayed, make an appointment to spay her. Most trainers won't work on the aggression issues until her hormones are taken out of the equation.

Monday:Strength Training,Walk 1 mile,dance for 30 minutes
Tuesday:Walk 1 mile,dance 60 minutes
Wednesday:Strength Training,walk 1 mile,dance 30 minutes
Thursday:3-4 Hour Winter guard Practice
Friday:Strength Training,walk 1 mile,dance 30 minutes

BTW,on Thursdays i have a 3-4 hour winterguard practice,it's like colorguard,and it involves lots of cardio and i don't have time to include any working out at home on Thursdays.

Seems like you are doing lot of exercise. Your workout routine reads good to me. For improvement let me tell you 2 things...if you are not considering these already then these may be helpful for your goal...
1. To avoid overtraining keep gap days in between two workout session for same muscle group. You muscle tissue needs ample time to recover from the trauma it gets during workout session.

2. Cardio is not the only available best way to lose weight. Cardio helps you buring more calories during workout session...but does not keep your RMR high for all day. Keeping RMR high is very important for faster weight loss. You need to seriously consider doing some multijoint workout. check below link for detailed info..

I guess your a girl. Don't be afraid doing some weight-training as you are a female. You won't get bulked up with huge muscle as female hormone doesn't support that. Rather you will become sexy and attractive.
