Guides Napoleon

Can someone help with these questions about Swedish history?
- What brother did King Gustav III like more, Fredrik or Karl?
- Was Duke Karl's guide (Reuterholm) evil or was he just extremely incompetent?
- Regarding the war with Russia: Didn't King Gustav know that Duke Karl had no naval skills? Why didn't the king order him to have special training?
- Why did Sweden ask Bernadotte to be king? How could Sweden want someone who previously worked for Napoleon, knowing that Napoleon was a hypocrite who represented blood-thirsty extremists while spending extravagantly and ruling like a tyrant and a dictator?
- What exactly was Fabian von Fersen's role as a banking officer? How did he obtain this position if Sweden no longer wanted Gustavians in power? After his brother's assassination on June 20, 1810, where did Fabian go, what was his title and what work did he do? Was his son a Republican or a Gustavian, like the family?
- Where are Queen Hedvig's memoirs today?
(by "Fabian von Fersen" I mean the one born 1762, not the one born earlier)
Fredrik
Both
It was too embarrassing and the King decided he would rather prevent the Duke's loss of dignity than to win the war. He never regretted that decision.
Becase Bernadotte threw the best parties and made an awesome martini. Plus, he was such a snappy dresser.
Von Fersen was the guy who told people they were denied for their loan. He bribed them to get the job. After the assassination, he just kind of wandered Europe for awhile trying to find himself. He eventually got a job as security director for a German nightclub. He liked it alot. His son wasn't really interested in politics. He was more into his modeling career and making it with the ladies.
In Queen Hedvig's tomb.
