How do I find info about my scary neighbors convicted felony charges. He threaten disabled people w/gun.?
My NEW neighbor was convicted a few years for threatening mentally disabled people with a gun at a group home from which he was fired. He visits my home and scares the heck out of us. Is he safe? Who do I ask? What happened in his trial?
He is not safe. He is now more dangerous than he was when he worked at group home because now he's been fired & he's pissed off and resentful about that.
His trial is a matter of public record, so you can find out about it. Start with your local County District Court. Call the Court Clerk's office, ask for the Criminal desk, and ask them how to pull those records.
