The Prague Castle is included in the list of the largest medieval castle complex that exists in Europe. It was also reconstructed by King Vladislav Jagiello in order to introduce a Neo Gothic style to the place. When the castle was again reconstructed during the 1920's, an archeological site was then revealed. Unbelievably, despite World Wars and other disasters, the premises of the castle eventually survived and withstood the challenges to its architectural legend.
The Prague Castle complex consists of a cathedral, museums, art galleries, palaces, a basilica, and a monastery. The most prominent of which is the Saint Vitus Cathedral which is also the most identifiable landmark in the entire city. Also included in the list of notable sights in the area are the Golden Lane, the Lobkowicz Palace, and St. George's Basilica. The basilica serves as a very popular Czech venue for those classical concerts that are usually held during early evenings.
These days, the Prague Castle complex serves as the seat of the President of the Czech Republic. It is considered as the center for both historical evolution and political power for the city and state. For tourists and locals alike, the changing of the guard at the front gates, which takes place every hour, still brings a surprising delight. During noon, the ceremony becomes more remarkable as it includes fanfare.

Your details are a bit vague, but I'll try my best since I'm just a little past that level.
To find the Queeens, you head to the door left of the entrance of the castle. You push around the two stone statues so that they stay ontop of the buttons. For the other two, make Ashley wait on one, and you step on the last one. The door opens. If you want to cheat a little, before you enter the room, shoot the 4 red lights on the ceiling before you enter the room(you'll have to do it anyways). Cut scene, go through the hallway. When you enter the next room, Ashley will get trapped. Shoot the two zombies quickly, one bullet for each is enough to take them out.
Take all the ammo and the treasure in the room and in the chest, you'll get the Queens Grail. Yah. Exit the room. Now, from the entrance of the castle, go straight. Open the door, and grab the ammo on the lion make a left, and prepare for two two sequence dodges from the knights. Leave Ashley behind before you enter. Take the shotgun ammo laying on one of the knights and take the herb on the ground. Now, take the King's Grail from the pedestal and 3 knights will walk towards you. If you have a sniper(auto-semi sniper works best) carefully snipe each knights head. Get away, reposition, and snipe again. One snipe is good enough to take their helmet off revealing the Plaga unless you want to use a crap load of Shotgun shells. When all three parasites are revealed, use a flash grenade. 3 more will come at you. Show them the same hospitality.
Now you go to the hallway with the open windows and curtains blowing. There are a line of enemies there, before you enter, stay at the end and you can take a few down easily from sniping their head. The ones with helmets, you should kill with another gun. When all the dust clears, and they are all dead, you place the King and Queen's grail in the statue and you advance! Equip your shotgun, and go in the next room.
