Can this Tamiya German Panzerkampfwagen II be used for and early war period?

I am making an invasion of France diorama. The diorama is going to show the German blitzkrieg tactics. So does this kit come with a decals and paint instructions for the early panzer II? Cause this one is much cheaper than the other tamiya model.
And I know that the soldiers are afrika korps.
technically no that kit is a Panzer II Ausf. F (PzKpfw IIF) 524 were built from March 1941 to December 1942 as the final major tank version of the Panzer II series.
Continuing the conventional design of the Ausf. C, the Ausf. F was designed as a reconnaissance tank and served in the same role as the earlier models. The superstructure front was made from a single piece armor plate with a redesigned visor. Also a dummy visor was placed next to it to reduce anti-tank rifle bullets hitting the real visor. The hull was redesigned with a flat 35 mm plate on its front, and armor of the superstructure and turret were built up to 30 mm on the front with 15 mm to the sides and rear. There was some minor alteration of the suspension and a new commander's cupola as well. Weight was increased to 9.5 tons. 524 were built from March 1941 to December 1942 as the final major tank version of the Panzer II series.
The Panzer II that were used in France from May 1940 were Panzer II Ausf. C (PzKpfw IIC)

You may want to do some conversions to the kit or just run with it anyways because most people would not notice the differences. The paint schemes and decals will not be too hard to replicate. Dark grey with white balkan cross on the hull with white numbers.
