Marines Blue
I have some questions about the Marines uniform?
On what occasion do Marines wear there dress blue? And are all ranks issued one?
dress blues are considered black tie formal, mess dress is considered white tie formal.
the blues were dropped from bucket issue for a while, and only reappeared FY07 onward. so there are a significant number of marines currently serving who were not issued their blues and had to purchase them afterward.
officers are not issued uniforms the same way we are-they get a one-time stipend to defray the cost of buying them and have to pay out of pocket to maintain them.

We've been looking for an Air Hogs R/C Havoc Heli - Blue Marines Down and we are having no luck..seems like toysrus is the only place i can find that even carries them, and of course they are out of stock! PLEASE HELP
