what is the british army really life?

hiya i really want to join the army (british) as a driver/logistics. i wanted to know what life in the army is actually life without them lying to me or convincing me. i would just like to know what would you do on a normal basis, training and anything relevent. also i have attempted to join the army twice but opt out when going to get a medical from my doctor, reason for is because i was unsure. thanks for you time.

all my family have done it and loved it. dad says it was the best time of his life. a few mates in it now and they love it too. i'm going through my application process atm to become an officer and literally cannot wait to be in!
remember that it will be extremely hard work, it can be extremely boring, and it can be the best fun you'll ever have. you have to throw yourself in 100% though, or you wont like it! i thought about it a lot, but once i spoke to people who were actually in the army the only help i needed was directions to the careers office....
the best advice i can give you is to speak to someone who is already in the army, or go and speak face to face with a recruiter in a different environment, like at those tattoos or country fairs, thats where they will tell you the real truth. also, the army won't take you if they don't think you're right for it, you will end up in afghanistan if you join in the next few years, personally, i cant wait!
