are the claims that al and Carmen made in Connecticut about being raped by demons even real?
i heard that from a couple of web pages where two people claimed to have been sodomized and raped by some demon like spirit.
at first i had absolute disbelief of ghosts or demons, but i feel like they have some existence with none or little human interaction.
but the claims were made that the demons raped these people, al and carmen had made these claims in public according to a couple of news sources.
even if these ghosts were real, it is physically impossible for them to have these types of interaction with humans. i have some belief that they are visible to some degree, but they are not solid, which is why the claim that these nutjobs made about them being sodomized are most likely false
There are a lot of reports from all societies across the entire globe about this kind of activity as far back as records have been kept up till today. (Literally today, as in this day)
There's also a lot of very recent personal accounts reported at my forum link.
So there are a lot of accounts of this, Al and Carmen's is only the drop in a bucket.
If someone doesn't or refuses to believe in the paranormal then discussing with them about this topic is doubly useless.
For those of us who have experienced unexplainable paranormal events, you have some things to consider regarding the truth of this.
A lot of people report physical objects moving on their own. Sometimes people get physically poked. Covers moving, doors opening etc are all examples of physical manifestation.
I suggest a spirit must first manifest (at least partly) in our physical realm before it can so interact with our physical things.
Eyes react to photons which are either emitted or reflected off an object. People also report seeing "Ghosts" or spirits with their own eyes (Me included).
In order for that to happen, it must manipulate photons, which react on a physical level - and so again we are talking physical here.
We've also heard of evil spirits who attack with fear. I've experienced it and they grow stronger as the person's fear increases. Toss in a few moving objects and you have real terror.
I've already laid out the case these things can indeed become physical to some extent, and if they can harrass/intimidate and degrade a person using sex as a method it really isn't too far fetched.
There are also spirits/beings exactly opposite. Instead of disgusting evil attack, they thrive on devotional love and private intimate things.
They care very much for their person partner, taking care and protecting like a guide.
There is Ida Craddock (1800's, see mylink) who of sound mind (read her pages) had her "Heavenly Bridegroom" as a good example.
