Churchill Britains

Why are the British anti-American?
Im not sure but I think the British people might be anti-American. Note that Winston Churchill was also an American because of His mother. Other than the American Revolution what else have we dont for the British to hate us?

A friend of mine who’s from France told me that the British hate everything about the US and American people.
Not meaning to pour poison into the fishtank; but I'm afraid us wee islanders are envious...but come kick-offs in certain parts of the world (Malvinas notwithstanding), without America, Britain would be somewhat shaken and bruised - indeed, when Muslim counties are in the mix, we don't care too much about the supposed arrogance of the US - '...Help us!!!!!!'
Laugh at American actors who are walking down Leicester Square to the cinema where their film is being shown - well...not the actors, as such, but the M-A-S-S of pale-skinned English oiks who are screaming for autographs, and the usual reporters from Londoncentric press having orgasms. Then there are young whiteys who think they're Eminem (who in turn thinks he's Jay Z...but he can't be, as he's white - and in turn, makes the most money. But there you are...).
I know people who are, as you type 'anti-American'...probably ex cons who despite having a passport, cannot visit said country on that account, but I'd guess it's not exactly 'anti' anything...just envy - which we Brits are good at. World's best, don't you know.
Don't worry yourself - we tend to get a wee bit hot-headed at Germany, France, Spain...I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. World War Two may have gone against Germany - but (boy...) did we not go on about it for decades thereafter - then you get a certain football game 44 years ago between same two countries (Eng.-Ger.) which gets us all screaming in joy. Britain - or perhaps just England is a bit of a chippy country today...whereas Germany shines - and we love southern Spain so much we take off and live there, setting up 'real chips' restaurants, pubs where you can watch as much Jeremy Kyle/soap operas/football as you like - and places where we can abuse old aged Spaniards if one of our countrymen rips us off, or we're ignored by girls in English-themed pubs.
Don't worry too much about Brits 'hating' Americans - in some parts of Britain, we also hate ourselves (class wars/keeping up with the Khans etc). Worry ye not, Justin...just let it go!
Notice how one of your links is 4 year old - and the other, two. methinks you're doing a wee bit of stirring, son!
