Kneeling Firing Rifle did anyone watch more 4 last night about India when in 1947 the British?
with about two hundred soldiers formed two ranks front one kneeling with 303 Le-Enfield rifles opened fire each soldier firing off about one hundred rounds into a mass crowd of unarmed Indians demonstrating about self government, giving them no warning or overhead shots, from my experience of that rifle it was capable of going through 4 people it made Tenamen Square look like garden fete, made me feel sick Is it any wonder the British are not listened to in such atrocities killing instantly 400 and maiming 1500 To dave911 you must be a royalist. Why the hell did we have to steal and dominate a country 5.1/2 thousand mile from here. we all know the answer to that!!! And I do know the history of india, I was in the service when it happend, and am still humain enough to feel the shame of bing British to such an atroscity
yes i did see it and i am as ashamed of that action. it was horrific.. just another atrocity in our very bloody history. it may be the past but it did happen.. and people in this nation wonder why so many indian's are moving in and taking over in a peaceful way just like Ghandi taught them.
many will say it is justified over what others did. i can tell you two wrongs never make a right. never has never will. this is why our nation has failed ans we will soon be absorbed by the EU'ski. as we drift off into obscurity. maybe it is our just deserts.. who knows but in the end , it was and atrocity and the brits did it.

Shooting Techniques For Beginners
Sometimes maybe you are wondering if there are some techniques for shooting. Well of course there are, and I will discover you some the techniques of shooting with guns. First you have to take the time to get comfortable with your gun. When you do that you can really get down to mastering the basics of shooting. There are four basic shooting positions: prone, sitting, kneeling and standing. In the prone position the shooter lays flat on their stomach with the rifle pointed toward the target. This is the steadiest position also and the most comfortable, but it is also the hardest position to assume. With this position the body is flat on the ground providing a low center of gravity, also it is relaxed and there is a natural point of aim. To get into this position you can go to one knee, unsling the rifle and the backpack, get flat on your stomach and use your backpack as a stable platform to rest the rifle and acquire the target. The second position is the sitting position. This is a stable position which is easy to assume and is one of the most accurate of shooting positions. This position is used when you have time to get set up for a shot. The sitting position will get your sight picture, it is not quick as kneeling, but much more accurate. The kneeling position is the quickest of all the shooting position to assume. The kneeling position is not as steady as prone or sitting, but with practice the shooter can obtains quickness and accuracy. The best way to use this position is with shooting sticks. When shooting sticks are employed a longer shooting distance can be made. And the final fourth position is the standing position. This is the least accurate and least stable position, but sometimes is necessary. Standing will allows you to see over tall brush, and also this is the fastest of all shooting positions to assume. First place your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed toward the target. When the target is spotted, keep your eye on it and your head up-right and still, raise the rifle up to your eye. With your left hand hold the front end of the rifle, and with your left arm against your body for extra support. Hold the rifle firmly against your right shoulder with the right hand. It is very important to learn these shooting positions months before the hunting season comes along. For the best results in rifle shooting, you need to shoot in the correct position. There is something else you should know like a hunter. Never shoot at movement when hunting. Always carry the gun safely and watch the muzzle! (The muzzle is another name for the front end of the barrel. While hunting, be completely aware of where your buddies are. When walking together make certain that the muzzle is looking in a safe direction. Never climb a tree, fence or jump a ditch with a loaded gun. Never pull a loaded gun up into a tree stand. Always keep the gun unloaded until you are ready to use it. But if you do not like to kill animals but you still love to shoot there are other options for you. For example you can shoot at the shooting range with air gun, or you can just sit and relax at home with online shooting games. At least today we can find many interesting games on the net divided in different categories like: shooting games, bloody shooting games, gun shooting games and many other. Any way the choice is yours but do not forget the golden rule: Never play with guns. They are dangerous when they are not handled properly and they can easily injure or kill you. There are no second chances with a gun.
