Soldiers Jets Tanks
I want to hug a soldier? Where can I?
I know the military (all militaries in the world btw) do terrible things, but I want to hug some soldiers. I want to hug some soldiers to show them that they too are lovely, beautiful human beings and I want to remind them that Everything will be OK.
I want to hug some police officers too. After yesterday when the police harassed me and my bf during a peaceful city centre protest and threatened to arrest us.
We should not be consumed in hatred. But work to make the world a more loving place. Get out your tanks and fighter jets! Drop your M16 and AK47 rifles! And give hugs. =] More people in the world would be happy and feel more fulfilled.
So I want to go to an Army Base and hug all the soldiers. I think they will feel so much better.

The truth?..... 
I am sure the single soldiers that are friends of my hubby would appreciate hugs, but all in all, a hug isn't going to save their ass when they need their AK.
I don't mean to sound rude, but if you really want to spread love to soldiers instead of hugging them, hook up the single guys that don't have a wife to come home to. Life in the barracks gets old pretty fast...
And as far as the military doing terrible things? Why on earth would you single out the military on that?? Did you not notice on the news the hundreds of people that kill, rape, and steal from people EVERYDAY??? Civilians and military are both humans, both capable of mistakes. The military doesn't deserve to be singled out unless your going to point at the civilians too. Maybe start hugging them too! I take in and feed and house as many of my husbands 'brothers' as I can. The ones that swing by for 5 minutes leave with snacks, the ones that come over to print off documents and study with my hubby leave with food. Most of them prefer to go home and relax after a long day but can I tell you how many times I have been asked if I could watch someone's animal if they deployed or run to the store to buy someone gear they need for inspection or make sure theres enough dinner on the stove to feed Ackerson, Peff, and the Matczaks and make sure that theres enough gas in the truck because hubby has to run his SGT home and then swing by and pick up his buddy the new cherry that got lost since he's new here to Ft. Bragg.
