Do you agree,that one case reported by the press about binge drinking is perfectly acceptable in Britain?

then why does a doctor complain about it when the Gov. approves the drinking of alcohol,which is a huge part in British culture and in fact makes vast amounts of profit from alcohol and his complaints should be saved for children(see link below) who the Gov. realises that alcohol(liquid drugs)is totally unsuitable for children or young adults under 18

Im not a fan of Daily Mail, but I completely agree
Binge drinking in the UK is seen as acceptable. Many People go to pubs, bars, nightclubs to get hammered. And they admit that as their intention before the night begins. Its very sad and doesn't make this country look good. To be honest, I have to agree with muslims when they say there is a decline of morals in the UK. Drinking too much can lead to wife beating, drunk driving, property damage, rape etc.
If you compare the UK to France you see a very different drinking culture
They are more wine drinkers than beer. They know how to control themselves. They
drink during meal times, outdoors, in nice places and usually not to excess.
Even their children drink at a young age but do it at dinner time in front of their
parents as opposed to many British youngsters who drink harder stuff behind
their parents backs. The French have a more civilised drinking culture.
