How do i apply for a british citizenship and passport?
Hey there, I guess i should say a little bit about myself, I am Chloe I am 16 (17 26/5), Both of my parents were born in england and when they were around 25 moved to australia where i was born.
I intend to live and work in the England for possibly the rest of my life, and at one point travel Europe. I plan to move when i am 18 or 19 years old and stay with my family until i get on my feet and find my own place. I don't have any trade skills at the moment although i intend to have passed Year 10 once I am 18 and hopefully have a trade skill... but i need to research what will still get me a job in the UK.
I would have thought my application would be fine, just how do I apply, what site and when? Do i have to be under 18? Can i do it now?

Well... i will finish year 10 before I am 18 not by the time.
Call the British Embassy to get the forms. You'll need to have copies of your parents British passports or birth certificates to prove they were citizens.

Birth Certificate Question - If a child's father is absolutely not in his/her life...?
under the British Columbia - Canadian Law is if a father is absolutely not in the child's life and the mother wants nothing to do with the father because he is a danger to the child is she allowed or is it possible to make up the father's name on the birth certificate or use a family members name? Serious answers only please. Thanks in advance!
I do not think it is legal anywhere to make up a name or to knowingly use the wrong name. That would be falsifing a legal document. It may also be considered fraud.
One option to consider is leaving the line blank and list noone. That being said, the mother has a responsibility to inform the father of his paternity and give him the ipportunity to be a part of that childs life. If he is a danger to the child, the safest and most responsible action would be to have his parental rights terminated by the court and a restraining order prohibiting his from interacting with the child.
If you simply try to hide the paternity, he may use that later to make a play for custody, claiming deceit, etc. If one is truly wanting to think of the child first, get a lawyer and protect your self by following the law.
