Ceremonial Queen Royals

Why do Commonwealth countries and England still support the Queen. If it's all ceremonial why not do away!?
With it.
Supporting her @ss is a money pit. Why not do away with the Monarchy after this queen passes away. Give the Royals ample warning to get a job and a career and get used to a change of lifestyle.
"Or why not leave it as it is? It is part of British heritage and culture. "
- So was beheading people but we abolished that didn't we? The monarchy is outdated and irrelevant in this day and age.
"Not to mention they actually make more money from tourism than they actually cost."
- For whom? For themselves? If so, great. Let's do away with the Monarchy and let them support themselves. All I know is that money leaves peoples pockets in England and Commonwealth countries to support the Queen. Money that we never see again. If they make money let them support themselves.
The main reasons are because it provides a non partisan head of state who can lead all people of the countries (over which the Queen reigns), and provides a check on the power of politicians.
Why do you think the vast majority of people support the monarchy in Britain, and the other countries over which the Queen reigns?
The Queen is extremely popular across the Commonwealth, more than any politician president can dream of being.

The Queen presides over the ceremonial opening of Parliament in UK
Does the British Sovereign still retain the power to make royal commands?
I know that British Monarchs these days, merely play a ceremonial and national role, but she's still a bloody Queen.
