Lead Metal Flats

I have a Harmony guitar ( Stella ) and I want to re-string it. Also I have a repair question..?
I have never strung a guitar before. So far all the websites I have found that instruct how to string a guitar are not the right type. My guitar is older and has a metal bracket that the strings ( steel ) tie to...Which leads me to my first question: What kind of knot or method do I use to secure the strings? ....The second question is regarding the bridge that is located right next to where the strings are tied to. My bridge is not attached permanent, it is just being held there by a couple of the strings that are still on the guitar. The bridge is v notched for the strings to rest in and underneath the bridge is another piece of wood (flat ) that it rests on. What can I do to attach permanently? The place where the bridge goes is clearly outlined from years of being there so correct placement shouldn't be an issue. What should I do? What should I not do? Thanks.
Not sure on tying the strings, but the 12th fret should be center from top bridge to the bottom bridge.

| | Racing Flats $93.99 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Racing flats, or simply flats, are lightweight athletic shoes designed for long distance track and field, cross country, and most often, road races. They differ from normal training shoes mainly by the lack of a substantial heel (hence the name). They are also a great deal less durable and typically last half to a quarter of the distance of a normal training shoe (125250 miles or 200400 kilometers). The removal of the heel in racing flats has 4 principal effects: weight reduction, better foot to ground power transfer, providing less support and giving less cushioning. These features allow a runner to race more efficiently. Racing flats differ from spikes in several ways. First, there are no holes for metal pins in the shoes. Second, flats do not have a particularly aggressive tread (shoes that have very aggressive treads but no holes for pins are sometimes called racers). Third, flats are designed for only long distance races (although they can be used for short races to no ill effect), whereas spikes are designed for short middle or long distance depending on the shoe. How can I remove "one way" bolts from my security door?
I have a metal security door installed in the door that leads to the garage which is stupid because it should be on the outside not in the inside door. Any way, I try to unscrew the bolts that hold the frame and I cant because they can only be put in one way with a flat head. I tried a wrench and it still doesnt work because it has a rounded head and it simply slips off. I need to take it out to put the door outside. I really dont want to damage the screws cause I dont think they have those at the local hardware store. Any ideas? Also I dont want to pry it out cause it would ruin my drywall.
i once used a pair of needle nose vice grips to grab the head and slowly unscrew it worked for me. if that didnt work i was going to have to grind the head off with a hand held angle grinder
