Anyone in the Air Force!?

If you are in the Air Force, can you tell me your job and give me a small description on what you do with that job. And can you tell me if you like doing that job. I looked on the air force web site and I saw they have a small description of each job but I want a little more info about some of them.

Right now I am 14 and I am a freshmen in high school. I do jrotc (marine) and I do the drill team, color guard, and I also do shooting (wth pelet rifles). I am planing on joining the USAF when I get out of highschool. And I do not know what kind of job I want to do in the AF. I was thinking about the firefighter job, because when I turn 16 I will be joining my local volunter fire dept. So I will be used to fighting fires and I will know many things.

Any info about the Air Force jobs will be helpful to me, thank you!

I've never been in the Air Force, but I was an Air Force Brat ... and at 14 it is 'way too soon' for you to decide on 'what job you want' when you join the USAF. I do have a 'suggestion' for you though ... that you apply to become a cadet at the Air Force Academy, and become an 'officer' and not a 'grunt' ... you already have a 'good background' and I think that you'd make an EXCELLENT officer. One thing though ... you should get some 'training' in shooting 'real guns' not just 'pellet guns' ... take lessons from a pro, so you'll know how to 'do it right' ... other than that, do try to have some FUN while you're finishing up with your 'high school' ... all 'work' and no 'fun' will make you 'far too hard' when you are in the Air Force ... and the Air Force is the BEST service, as far as I'm concerned (and I know people in ALL branches of the military as friends, too) ...

Rated: NRSynopsis: For longer than the United States has been an independent nation, there has been a Marine Corps. Tested in battle from t he Revolutionary War to the bloody back alleys of Iraq, Marines consider themselves the very best America has to offer. Embodying fierce patriotism, extraordinary courage and innovative weapons and tactics, they have a reputation for better of for worse, as the “go to” force when trouble breaks out. The Marines will be a one-hour documentary destined to become PBS’s definitive account of the Corps. With the support of the new to-be-established Marine Corps museum, this film will have unprecedented access to the vast wealth of information and stunning material in this permanent collection. This is a unique opportunity to highlight major events from the USMC’s inception to the present day – weaving key moments into a legendary tale worthy of a military force so rich in history and traditions. Our timing couldn’t be better to do this story justice.

Marine Corps Color Guard Miramar...

In warhammer 40k can i use imperial guard tanks (Baneblade) in a space marine army and still mix chapters?

I have created my own custom chapter of space marines and wanted to use a baneblade and some other imperail guard tanks. However i also like the look of the robed dark angles and wanted to implement them also and paint them in my chapter colours can i do this?

If you've already created your own chapter, then I suggest that you just create another suitable back-story for the units you want to use. Aren't the robed figures just veterans anyway? All chapters will have thier own veterans, so just paint them in your colours and use 'em :)

I'm not sure u can get away with fielding a mish-mash of chapters if you're going strictly by the WH40K fluff, but it's only a game, so if you want to, I say go ahead ;)

  1. Violence begets violence. Beating people in most civil societies went out at least one hundred years ago. It is illegal in all states and in the military. Jail time and/or a fine is more appropriate.
