I watched a movie about a girl put her toys a red indian and a cow boy in her closet and the become real persons but their size doesn't change and they become friends i like it but i can not remember what is it the film is old
The Indian in the Cupboard (1995), but it's a boy. I guess his hair kinda makes him look like a girl...it's kind of shaggy.

Rakshabandhan- Celebrating the sublime bond with Rakhi
The festival of Rakshabandhan has a religious and emotional significance attached to Indians. Rakhi is not just a decorative thread but a symbol of selfless love between a brother and his sister. The magnificent Indian history strengthens the roots of Indian culture. Even after centuries, the integrity of an Indian family remains because of the strong social and moral values every Indian child imbibes from his/her parents. The rituals of Rakshabandhan begin with the sister decorating the Rakhi Thali. Thali is usually a round silver plate embellished with red cloth, golden lace and glitters. They put rakhis along with it, light a diya for ‘aarti' to save her brother from all the evils. Add vermillion like substance and rice to apply on her brother's forehead as a good omen. Place sweets or chocolates to have it followed by the ritual of tying Rakhi. The Brother blesses the sister and gifts her things like sari, salwar kameez, hand bag, jewelry or stuff toys.
