HELP! I need to find this awesome samurai/ninja film!!!?

Okay I saw bits and pieces of this movie while I was in Austria and have no idea what the name is!!! All I know is that I THINK the title had the word "Samurai" in it somewhere. Some scenes included a giant fight near the end where all the factions put down their guns pulled out their swords and charged at each other. One of the bad guys in a pool scene had a giant dragoon tattoo on his back. Let's see...also there was some free running or city jumping elements in it if you know what they are. I have no idea what was going on because it was in German so please help if you can this movie looks so awesome!
