its not bad but it still doesnt have a very good theme to revolve around. you should make a deck where your cards rely upon each other than you might stand a chance. you might be able to win a bit with that deck though not sure never tried it.

You've got a really good deck, but you're wasting your time with the assault mode monsters. They can take a while to summon and if you're in an urgent situation, what's the point, it'll turn out to be a dead draw. I don't think you need urgent tuning, if you need to tune, you will. You also don't really need calculator, it isn't very good unless you've got a lot of monsters on the field. The gigantic flaw is that your opponent will start picking away the other monsters on your side of the field making your monster useless unless you act fast. I personally don't really think advanced draw should go in there, you're just wasting a perfectly good sacrifice/high lv monster. Double Tool C&D will turn out to be a dead draw in dire situation, since the only monster you can use it on is power tool. See if you can add megamorph or malevolent nuzzler. I'd also take away gandora, i personally don't really like his effect, but you could keep him if you want. I personally don't see the point in keeping y-dragon head and z-metal tank if you only have one of each. I'd keep x-head cannon cuz of its atk points. You need more monsters with higher atk points. Also add cards like reinforcements of the army, since that'll let you search your deck for lv 4 warriors. I like your deck theme though. And power tool dragon rocks XD good luck 4/5
