The Louisiana Purchase is the least of the three. Louisiana was sparsely populated at the time. Very few people were affected by the change of ownership.
The invasion of Spain impacted not just Spain, but also Louisiana and all of the Spanish Colonies. Louisiana territory belonged to Spain until Napoleon took the throne and gave it to his brother. So it is second of the three.
But the big one was the Napoleonic code. It became the legal basis of all Europe, from the Neiman river to the Bay of Biscay, and from the island of Sicily to the straits of Denmark, AND Louisiana, AND several island in the West Indies.
