How do you clean up vomit/spit up?
So let's say your home alone and feeding your child. He just got done eating and you burp him. As he sits on your lap facing you and your are talking to him, he decides to vomit the eight ounces he just drank all over you, your shirt, him, and the couch. You have puddles of it on your shirt and when you move, it's going all over the sofa or your son. What is the best way to clean up everyone without making stains.
I've found for clothing, baby wipes work the best to remove it instantly. It will still smell like spit up until you wash it, but there will be no permanent stain.

Clean healthy foods?
Whenver i eat atleast 6 ounces of chicken and some or some lean meat i dont feel full enough..should i eat more or something that contains higher calories?
calories don't fill you up
but fibre does
eat vegetables (broccoli, squash, cauliflower, carrots, etc, etc), quinoa, brown rice,
whole grain (not just brown but "whole grain") breads and pastas,
for dessert have an apple with some cheese (for some reason I feel fuller if I eat the apple whole instead of cutting the apple into slices first - strange)
