Has anyone ever dealt with Royal Vacation Club?

We got suckered into a time share deal in Cozumel. Our fault completely but now we are trying to re-coup our money. We cancelled our contract within the allowed period of time but have been given major run around. We are now going through Visa disputes and apparently we have a strong case. Stay away from these con artists! They are all over the place in Cozumel and unfortunately has left a bad taste for us about Mexico.

Profeco (consumer protection office in Mexico) should be able to help as well. Unfortunately you are not the only one:
