the american olympic luger sleder died today because he crashed into a metal pole going 90 mph after he flipped on the track
he wasnt from america but from a country called georgia not the state

Is there a way to replace wood posts with metal posts on a fence without breaking up the cement?
My wood posts have broken off at the ground where they are mounted into the cement. Is there a way to remove the post, put in a metal one, and pour cement around it without breaking out the original cement? If I could get the wood out of the hole in the cement, I could put the metal post in which is a smaller diameter than the wood one.
