Unpainted Casting

Pregnancy belly casts. Did you make one?
Did you make a belly cast when you were pregnant? If so...?
how is it currently being displayed or stored? I've been considering making one but am thinking I probably won't because I can't imagine actually having the room to display it... and think it would probably just sit around collecting dust. Where, honestly, is yours now if you did have it done?
All of my friends talked about creating shadow boxes or hanging theirs on the walls, etc. But now they're just sitting, some unpainted, in their garages... taking up space and collecting dust.
Thoughts?
No, didn't make one. I think it's just not practical, because what in the world would you do with it? I think what is cool, though, is having some really artsy photographs taken when a woman is really pregnant - like in shadow against a sunset, for example. I've seen such beautiful ones - but don't have any of myself.

| | Casting $58.94 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Casting is a manufacturing process by which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. The solidified part is also known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process. Casting materials are usually metals or various cold setting materials that cure after mixing two or more components together; examples are epoxy, concrete, plaster and clay. Casting is most often used for making complex shapes that would be otherwise difficult or uneconomical to make by other methods. I have my son to remind me of pregnancy, the last thing I want is a cast of that miserable belly. I was in such pain for all those months....
my son is much better than anything else.. lol. Besides I know if i had taken a cast it would be packed away in the attic some where... however, it would be fun if i had a daughter to look at it some day... i never considered that.
