What emmployers have access to your Army Criminal Record?
Is it any? or just Law Enforcement. Also if my fingerprints are on file, but I wasn't arrested will this show up on a background check done by Accurate Background check. I talked to a very smart informative man from csidfw.com this morning but would like more opinions, possibly from someone that has dealt with Accurate Background check agency or having their criminal record from the Army divulged.
Some employers do have good established reason for access to military records, but most don't. Some legal actions in the military may show up in the FBI's NCIC, but typically not misdemeanors in which the penalty was time in the base stockade.
The presence of fingerprints on file is no evidence whatsoever of wrongdoing. Anyone who enlists is fingerprinted. People are also fingerprinted as part of a Security Clearance. Volunteers for the Boy Scouts are fingerprinted.
The agency you mention, don't know jack about them. But public records are grossly subject to error, and if this outfit relies on them, that tells me all I need to know about them. If they're a private detective agency (and I doubt they are), that might be another matter.
